How to order
1. Upload a clear JPG, PNG or WebP photo (up to 10 MB) and add any painting notes.
2. Choose Square, Landscape or Portrait, then select a listed size.
3. Select rolled canvas, unframed canvas or a frame finish and complete your order.

Your reference photo and notes will be attached to your order. Choose proportions that suit your photograph; cropping may be needed to fit the selected size. Contact us before ordering if you need help with your photo or have special requests.

We will send photographs of your finished painting for your approval before dispatch. Each painting has individual brushwork and texture. Please review our Refund Policy for terms that apply to personalised commissions.

Each TEXTUROART painting is hand-painted, with individual details in its brushwork and texture. Product images illustrate the composition and colour palette; small differences may occur in the finished artwork. Colours may also appear different depending on your screen and room lighting.

Before shipping, we’ll email photographs of your completed painting for your review. Your artwork will only be dispatched after we receive your approval. Please check your inbox and spam folder, and reply with your approval or any questions.

Additional adjustments or time awaiting your response may extend the estimated delivery schedule. For special requests, contact support@texturoart.com before placing your order.

Dimensions are listed as Height × Width. Measure your wall before selecting a size, and check your chosen canvas or frame option before adding the artwork to your cart.

Room images are styling references; use the listed measurements to judge scale. For a size not listed, email support@texturoart.com to ask about availability.

We offer free worldwide shipping.

Production and framing generally take 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed. We’ll send photographs of your finished artwork for approval before dispatch.

Estimated transit times after dispatch:

• United States & Canada: 3–5 business days.
• Europe: 7–10 business days.
• Australia & New Zealand: 5–7 business days.
• Other destinations: contact us for an estimated delivery timeframe.

Import duties and taxes are included for deliveries to the United States, Canada and Australia. For all other countries, applicable import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Estimates exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Artwork adjustments, approval delays, customs clearance and carrier disruptions may affect delivery.

Standard artworks, including promotional purchases, are eligible for a return request within 30 days of delivery. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, undamaged and complete with their original packaging and included components.

Email support@texturoart.com with your order number before returning an item. We’ll provide the return address and instructions. Please send the artwork within 14 days of receiving these instructions using a tracked service.

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If an item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, TEXTUROART will cover reasonable return shipping where a return is required. Please include photographs of the artwork and packaging where possible. No restocking fee applies to eligible standard-artwork returns.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may need additional processing time.

Specially commissioned sizes or personalised colour changes:

• Before production begins: cancel for a full refund.
• After production begins but before shipment: a US$100 materials fee is deducted, capped at the amount paid for the custom artwork.
• After shipment: change-of-mind cancellations and returns are not accepted.

Choosing a standard size or frame listed on our website does not make an order a special commission. Standard-artwork return eligibility is not removed by production after ordering or approval of photographs.

These terms do not restrict remedies for damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Is the artwork hand-painted?
Yes. All TEXTUROART artworks are hand-painted, with individual brushwork and texture.

Is a frame included?
Your order includes the canvas or frame option selected when you purchase.

Can I request a different size?
Email us with your preferred dimensions and framing choice so we can check availability.

Will I see the completed painting before shipping?
Yes. We email photographs and wait for your approval before dispatch.
